At BuzzFindz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help.





🔹 Returns



  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact us at support@buzzfindz.com with your order number.






🔹 Refunds



  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.






🔹 Late or Missing Refunds



If you haven’t received your refund yet:


  1. Double-check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@buzzfindz.com.






🔹 Exchanges



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@buzzfindz.com.





🔹 Non-Returnable Items



Certain items may be exempt from being returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items).
